Scheduling Pages

You can schedule a version of your Page to go live at a certain time in the future.

Click on the version of the Page that you want to schedule in the Drafts section

Click the More icon and select Schedule

Click the tick box for a From date and edit the date and time by typing or using the calendar from the dropdown

If you want your Page to be taken down on a certain date, click the tick box for a To date and edit the date and time
NB: If you want your Page to remain live, just keep the box unticked

Click the SAVE button and the version of the Page will now be within the Scheduled section

Editing a Scheduled Time

Things change all the time, so you may need to adjust the time that your Page is scheduled to go live.

In the Scheduled section, select the version of the Page that you want to change the time for

Click the More icon and select Edit Schedule

Adjust the times as needed and click SAVE and the times will now be updated within the Scheduled section

Removing a Scheduled Time

If you decide that you no longer want you Page to go live, you can remove the scheduled time by follow these steps:

In the Scheduled section, select the version of the Page that you want to change the time for

Click the More icon and select Make Draft
3
Click SAVE and the version of the Page will now be in the Drafts section

You can also remove it by deleting the full Page using the Trash icon but this means you'll not be able to use this version of your Page in the future.

Making Your Scheduled Version Go Live Now

If you want your Page to go live right now, instead of a time in the future you'll need to:

In the Scheduled section, select the version of the Page that you want to change the time for

Click the More icon and select Make Draft
3
Click SAVE and the version of the Page will now be in the Drafts section
4
Click the More icon and select Make Default, your Page will now be live to your customers
